What is PADZ?
PADZ is a worldwide accommodation network for anyone to find and advertise any type of rental property.
Our open and friendly platform is designed to build trust between renters, landlords and agents. You are able to read reviews from previous tenants when looking for your next place to stay and leave your own feedback. Landlords and agents can build their online reputation and tenants can use feedback they have received as an online reference.
Anyone advertising on PADZ is able to display their full contact details if they wish, making it easy to get in touch. Or if you prefer to keep your contact details private then the secure PADZ messaging system is a great way to ask questions and to request a booking.
You can find and advertise all types of properties to rent on PADZ: apartments, flats, vacation and short term rentals as well as rooms to rent in houseshares and flatshares.
Accommodation can be found and advertised in any country worldwide.
How Does it Work?
Renters and tenants can search for accommodation by city and narrow their selection by applying filters such as price, number of bedrooms and dates. Tenants can also create a 'Wanted Ad' and allow landlords and agents to contact them if they have a suitable property or room available. PADZ is completely free for tenants.
Landlords and agents can advertise for free and display all their contact information, including phone numbers, their email address and website link. Every property advert can contain an unlimited number of photos, Google maps and streetview. Detailed price & availability information of the rooms or property can be shown in the calendar which forms part of every advert.
Companies & agents can also display their logo and create branch profiles. Property adverts and agent profiles can then be linked to branches. It is even possible to set up your own company channel on PADZ, with your own web address.
Co-founders
Thomas Karcher
Thomas is a designer, entrepreneur and private landlord. He divides his time between user experience, driving the company vision and running a passionate team. Before PADZ, Thomas worked as an architect and urban designer for a number of international architects in London. He is also a private landlord and renting out his own properties contributed to the concept behind PADZ. When he's not working on the next great feature for PADZ you can find him jogging, playing tennis or sailing.
Matthew Wilson
Matthew has spent his career in property including roles as an engineer, project manager and property developer. He has setup a number of successful businesses during his career before turning his attention to PADZ. He is also an experienced private landlord. His focus is on the development of new PADZ features, the technical development of the site and on company structure and finances. He loves to travel, enjoys great food and meeting people with new and interesting business ideas.
Our Team
